As Vice President of Franchise Development for Clean Franchise Brands, Manuel G. Solórzano brings more than 20 years of franchise experience and a strong track record of building and scaling successful operations. A former Martinizing Cleaners franchisee, Manuel grew a single-store investment into a thriving six-location operation in the Tampa Bay area. His firsthand operational experience, combined with strategic development leadership, gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to expand franchise brands successfully across diverse markets.

Today, Manuel leads domestic and international development efforts for Clean Franchise Brands, working with master franchisees and regional partners to introduce and grow the company's portfolio globally. Focused on collaboration, education, and long-term sustainability, he is committed to empowering entrepreneurs and building strong partnerships that drive brand growth around the world.

Michael Eisner

Michael began his journey with Lapels in 2001 as the brand's first franchisee, playing a pivotal role in establishing what would become an award-winning dry cleaning concept. As an early operator, he helped shape the foundation of the Lapels system, contributing to its growth, operational standards, and market positioning. In 2005, after successfully selling his franchise, Michael joined the Lapels corporate team full time to support the brand's continued expansion.

Today, as Vice President of Franchise Development for Lapels, Michael focuses on strategic growth initiatives and expanding the brand into new markets domestically and internationally. With firsthand franchise experience and years of corporate leadership, he works closely with development partners and entrepreneurs to strengthen the Lapels network and support sustainable, long-term brand growth.
